If your gear is not what you expected (ie.doesn’t fit or you just don’t love it as much as you thought you would) then you CAN return it to us within 30 days and we will happily assist you with an exchange 🙂
Clothes & shoes may be tried on, but no signs of being worn around.
Nutritional items and supplements must NOT be opened.
Swimsuits must have the hygiene sticker still attached.
Hairpiece boxes must NOT be opened (please use the swatch provided to check the hair colour match).
There is NO refund or exchange on any training or diet programs.
But you guys sent me an incorrect or faulty product!
